 Pad Printing

Probably the most common secondary operation performed within any industry is pad printing. There are many types of applications requiring some sort of printed lettering, design or logo. Extensive knowledge of inks, colors and techniques necessary to apply a high quality image and ensuring a permanent bond is critical.

 Heat Staking and Insertion of Single and Multiple Points

Available are single point, multi-point or multi-plane thermal staking and inserting services. Typical inserting applications include driving metal parts, such as a threaded brass insert, into a hollow boss opening. Typical staking applications include forming a solid boss into a rivet type head to capture or retain a secondary part.
