Quality Mission

Our controlled approach to customer products ensures prevention vs detection, conformance vs compromise. Our investments in technology, workforce adaptability, continuous improvement, customer service and quality methods are the pathway to our success.

All procedures and equipment are in accordance to MIL SPEC I and ANSI/NCSL Z 540-1 calibration standards, respectively. Other components of our QC system include: all personnel, from hourly to salaried, are trained in our quality process.

• Product traceability and certifications
• Detailed procedures and control of the manufacturing process
• Analysis capabilities such as thermal/physical properties and DSC

Note: Not all of the above procedures are needed for every part. Customer requirements vary according to their applications. However, all customers benefit from MacFam's overall awareness and commitment to quality.
